Fijn huis vlakbij het strand met ruime beneden en bovenverdieping en grote omheinde tuin. Fijne sfeer en mooie beschikbaar attenties (handdoeken, zeepjes) en sfeervolle decoraties. Superfijn verblijf hier gehad!

I have stayed in many vacation homes over the years and Gaea House is by far the best! James was a wonderful host and the house was fantastic. Very well appointed with literally everything you could think of. From the mini bar to an instant pot in the cupboard, we had everything we needed. This home also had the best water pressure I’ve ever had in a vacation home, it was awesome! The beds were comfortable and the home was super clean. Has a great fenced yard for the dogs if you choose to bring your furry family members. We really enjoyed being able to have a fire in the fire place a couple of the nights we were there, great ambience! A+’experience. Can’t wait to come again!

We had a marvelous experience at Gaea House. James was very responsive and wonderfully friendly. We felt well taken care of. I was surprised by some of the extras - like having an option for filtered water, and a Keurig with everything we needed for morning coffee. Having two king size beds was a plus for our gathering. The location was great with an easy walk to Seaside's beachfront Promenade. We would definitely stay at Gaea House again!

The house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, good seating in the kitchen, and the beds were all quite comfy and appreciated they were kings and a queen. The thoughtful amenities, like a “minibar” garage fridge and electric bikes were fun for the family! We would definitely stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at James's Airbnb property. James was incredibly responsive, helpful, and understanding throughout the booking process and my entire stay. However, one minor issue was the strong smell of bleach in the house, which may bother some guests. Overall, I still highly recommend James as a host for his exceptional hospitality and attentiveness.

Amazing house and just nice host 🙂

James was super helpful as a host—even called us the morning of the Super Bowl to let us know how we could watch the game! The house was a short walk along the river to town and an even shorter walk to the beach. Very convenient to have three big beds! The third bed is not terribly private (you need to walk by it to get to the bathroom from one of the bedrooms), but the walls are solid, so it was very quiet in all three sleeping areas.

It was pouring rain the whole time, but the fire pit and the BBQ on the patio seemed like they'd be nice in clearer weather. The kitchen is nice and big, with a huge island for dining and board games (the cupboard under the island is FULL of games, by the way!), and there's a stocked fridge in the garage that you can buy from like a minibar, if you forgot anything.

We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Loved staying here, clean, quiet and family friendly. Walkable to the beach and to the promenade. We have stayed here twice now and look forward to coming back again sometime!

James was so great at communication. The space was cozy and when we went in it was all lit up and toasty. They had great amenities and little touches. Beds were great, towels were soft, water pressure fantastic, ample coffee =). It was a great space and his hospitality was above and beyond.

We had a great stay at Gaea House! We were there over New Years and the host left us a gift package with sparkling juice and goodies! We loved using the electric bikes. The fenced backyard was great for our fur babies! Would recommend and definitely stay here again! They had everything you need for a beach day!

Wow. This Airbnb was beautiful. It was clean, in a great area and so peaceful. I 10000% would stay here again. Already trying to plan another trip soon. James was great. He sent all the info we needed and then some. The fridge was stocked, the e bikes for rent, the fireplace…this place had everything! Short walks to the beach, 15 minutes from cannon beach. The inside was lovely. Rooms were comfy, as were the beds. Can’t say enough enough good things about this place.

we had a lot of sights to attend on the coast all the way to Seaside from south of coast oregon. we had one night, and we needed to sleep and rest. The house was comfortable, and looove the shower. what incredible pressure! overall, the spot was very good and peaceful. thanks for having us the adventurers.

Beautiful house in perfect location for our family vacation. We feel right at home the second we came in. The place is tastefully decorated and has everything we need. The kitchen is well stocked. We were able to walk to downtown Seaside. The boardwalk is just a few blocks away. James is responsive providing us with all the information we need. We definitely would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Gaea House. It was so perfectly appointed with things we didn't think of like beach umbrella, water filter, color coordinated bath towels so we knew whose was whose! There were just a lot of nice touches and instructions are so clear by owner and all over the house. Kitchen had plenty of things to cook with. Perfect for 1-2 families totaling 6. It was just such a great place and again.... the communication was everything. Thank you James!

Such a lovely and comfortable stay for me and my family. Love that this house was pet-friendly!

First of all, I wanted to say how responsive and accommodating James was for my trip. The home was very nice and clean. Thoughtful amenities provided and enjoyed the beach interior decoration! My family and I definitely enjoyed coming back there to relax after a day by the beach. It was awesome having a grill and fire pit to make a nice dinner at the place. 🙂 Self-check in was easy, off-street parking is available, and beach and promenade were at walking distance.

Our group found this listing to be exactly as the description - very clean and located in a very walkable neighborhood only several blocks from the beach and the main strip. The space was great for our group and we very much enjoyed our time exploring the neighborhood and nearby restaurants. James was quite proactive, communicative, and helpful. We would easily recommend this listing for a place to spend a weekend or more!

The Gaea House is a great, family friendly location in Seaside. The house is easy to find and a short walk to the Prom, the beach, and downtown. We appreciated the open concept of the house and its large kitchen. It also contains everything you would want in an Airbnb at the beach and more (for example, there were bikes, wagons, and beach chairs). James is also an amazing host and very responsive as well. We enjoyed our stay at the Gaea House and recommend it for families.

We had a great stay at this house! So nice it was pet friendly with a fenced yard. It’s about 2 mins from everything, downtown seaside, Safeway for groceries and the Nike outlet. Also a short walk to the beach and they had a wagon so we were able to pull out 4 year old to the beach.

Had a good weekend with the family. Close to the ocean and away from everyone else… located in a quiet neighborhood.

The place would be ideal for pet owners. Beach is walkable, a short drive to town. I appreciated the king beds, Keurig, and tvs.

Gaea house was great! It's in a quiet neighborhood just three blocks from the Prom and the beach. The backyard was tidy and had enough room for the dogs to play and run around
The home itself was clean and included many thoughtful touches, including a sampling of local taffy and other treats. The streaming devices were all easy to use and worked flawlessly, though we spent little time hanging about the house, as the Oregon coast has so much to offer!

The home itself as nice. The deck is in need of maintenance. My only problem was the absolute strict check in time and just for this reason probably would not return. Vacationeers do need some flexibility.

This was a great stay - would definitely stay here again. Love the kitchen/dining layout. Our pups loved the fenced backyard, and we really enjoyed the deck - plenty of deck chairs, and the BBQ grill worked great. I can honestly say that this is the first Air BnB with sufficient water pressure in the shower - this was so welcome! The only negative (and definitely not a deal-breaker) was that I had to sleep with windows open due to lack of A/C in the bedrooms, which provided me with a play-by-play soundtrack of a distant neighborhood party through about 3:00am. But hey, when it hits 90 degrees on Mother’s Day weekend, one can expect to hear some celebration! The A/C downstairs works great, by the way. Everything was clean and tidy, worked perfectly, and the host, James, was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended!

The house was great and felt a lot bigger inside than it was. Very close to everything in town, short walk to the towncenter and the ocean.

Great location just a few blocks from the beach as well as restaurants/shops. The place easily accommodated our family of four with a large kitchen/dining area and comfortable couches. The kitchen was well stocked with staples, spices, keurig coffee, half-n-half, etc. I'd highly recommend it.

We had such a great stay! James was great with communication and so accommodating! He even had baby supplies set up and ready for us which was so helpful! The location was great and we loved the easy access to the beach and activities!

We enjoyed our stay at James's place at Seaside. The fact that he allowed pets at a reasonable rate, a great fenced yard, easy access to the beach and tons of amenities (a welcome basket, a kitchen with all kinds of needs met) with the house was huge.
That being said, it was hard not to be able to access the NCAA basketball playoffs at the house. Not a deal breaker but disappointing. Previous guests remarked on the temperature and we too found it chilly. No walking around barefoot. There was a single ductless unit downstairs but the tall ceilings made getting the house warmed up a challenge. Perfect location, 3 blocks from the promenade. Thanks again.

Our stay at Gaea House was great. Not expecting the snow and extended our stay. James was very responsive and when we requested additional fire logs, the Instacart shopper delivered more that afternoon along with a host of other goodies! The house is a typical older beach house but comfortable.

Really enjoyed my last minute stay at the Gaea house. There was a wind storm that lasted a couple of days and James was prompt at checking in when the power went out letting me know where flashlights were etc. Really nice comfortable place with a great loft and fireplace design. Great access to the beach and downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place! near the beach, quiet!

Awesome stay. I enjoyed the little anime friends with helpful notes. The house gives strong 70’s vibe feel of grandparents’ home of the perfect metal washing machine that still works great (and are not made like this anymore - bummer), buttery soft hand towels, and strong water pressure (not the low flow faucet! Hooray!).

The location and the house were perfect! The fully fenced yard was so nice for both our toddler and our dog. We hope to be back again soon!

Excellent stay, spacious and nice kitchen, nice outdoor grill, lots of cool gear to borrow including clam guns, we had a blast going clamming for the first time and getting our limit on razors! Nice set up and the whole family had lots of fun

This was our second time staying at James' place and it was just as nice as the first time! Very easy to check-in/out, the pack-n-play was set up before I got there, and everything was clean and clear instructions throughout. Great location also - out of the madness of the main strip of Seaside, but very easy to walk there and to the beach.

The communication with the host was excellent. The home was clean and it had all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. Little bit older home but well maintained. There was lot of games to play with the family and kids. Kitchen had pots and pans to cook food. A little bit further north from the main street but we had fun walking down the promenade or you can park the car at one of the public parking close by to the beach.

We had the most wonderful time! The location was incredible - hard to beat being walking distance to the beach and town.

James is the perfect host! From booking to arriving he had excellent communication. He even gave us a heads up there was traffic and to avoid a certain route. When we arrived there was music playing this was certainly a nice touch! Great house and wonderful location. Quick walk to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. Overall highly recommend you will not be disappointed!

We had a great stay at James’ place. The house was clean, it was well stocked with what we needed and when we checked in, we get had calming music on which was a really nice touch. James called us to let us know about a winter storm warning and let us know what was available for us to use if our power went out which was also nice. Will definitely be back for our next seaside trip.

This is a great house for a family reunion. The kitchen is super well- equipped and the kids loved the toy cupboard .

Our group had a great stay. James was easy to communicate with. The home was cozy, and the beach was nearby. No traffic or noisy streets. This home surpassed our expectations.
