Great hosts, very responsive. Great house and worked well for small dog. The house is walkable to the beach which was great! The house is on the older side, but very well stocked, welcoming, clean, and cozy! Would stay here again.

Master bed mattress is pretty old which is very important to me. Can’t give them a bad review over that though since I only stayed one night. I slept in the other room since the bed was better. As far as everything else the customer service is great and the home is well stocked. Love how you can rent e bikes. Overall great little home. Reminds me of staying at my grandmas house. It’s very cute.

Great spot overall! There were a few things I was missing to make this feel 5 stars. All the soaps were watered way down and there were some issues with the plumbing.

Such a cozy house. Definitely large enough for a group of friends or family!! Beds comfortable, huge kitchen with tons of kitchen supplies. Gated backyard for your dog. Close to main area with restaurants and shops. My only thing to maybe mention was in the photos there is a huge pile of firewood outside in the back for the fireplace but there was none when we arrived. Which is no worries other than all local areas had sold out on wood. We ended up driving ten miles out to a guy who had TONS for sale and was open 24/7. I guess it would have been nice to know we needed to provide our own wood before we got there just so we didn’t have to hunt some down that night. But other than that it was great! I definitely plan to rent again.

The house was very nice and clean with lots of room to move around. Bed was comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. We liked the location of the house and that we could walk to all the places we wanted to without any issues.

We really loved staying here! Had a great night walking to the beach under the stars! It’s also very close to the main shopping/ entertainment area!

The house was easy to find and easy to access. It was clean, though I noted wet spots on the carpet, pet stains? it is pet friendly, and I had mine in tow, so I figured... My small dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard, I was very happy about that.There is a nice coffee "bar" with good coffee pods, cream and sweeteners, roomy fridge and updated appliances.Getting to the beach is walkable, only a few blocks away from the house, and through a nice quiet neighborhood.We definitely would stay there again, it's a great place for people and pets.

2nd time staying here, we always look forward to it great location, quick walk to beach, nice little fire pit to make smores. Would recommend to anyone. Also super comfy beds!

This place met our needs! It was very spacious and we loved the king sized beds! Would have loved some blackout curtains for the bedroom windows, that was our only complaint. Beds were comfortable! Kitchen was awesome and having a washer/dryer was SO convenient!

Overall it was a nice property, I would give it an 8/10. It’s spacious and the kitchen in specific is nice for getting everyone together. Talked with the owner and they seemed very nice & genuine.The cons: The seats in the kitchen are exceptionally sticky, to the point you literally have to peel your pants off when getting up.The only shower has a stain and dirt when we got there.The loft area has roughly 2ft clearance over the bed which makes it very difficult for an adult to use.The outdoor lights are difficult to use.

Great walkable location. Great amenities. I’d say for 6 adults it was a little on the tighter side especially with the one powder room downstairs and one full bath to share upstairs. Bathroom door had a lot of squeaking so we woke each other up could just use some TLC. Overall price was good. There was a smell to the carpet like animals were recently staying. Would benefit from a shampoo.

We had a great stay for the weekend of hood to coast. GaeaTeam’s place was very affordable and spacious for our family, ages ranging from infant to 60s! Quiet neighborhood but still very walkable to all the activities/restaurants. We highly recommend & would stay again!

We had a great stay at this lovely house, especially for an unforseen rainy weekend. The gaming options kept my nephew occupied and we had plenty of space to spread out. The GaeaTeam even let me send a package to their office and dropped it off when we checked in - an extra mile and greatly appreciated!

Very clean, had all the right amenities and just a short walk to the beach. Hopefully we can plan another trip to stay here again real soon!

Perfect location - a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the downtown area where there are lots of great restaurants! The house was VERY clean and the property manager was responsive.

Booked the Gaea House for an extended family vacation and it was a great fit. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was a great size and the washer and dryer were super handy. Having off street parking for two vehicles in Seaside is a huge plus and it was an easy walk down to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

Well located and close to the sea, and a short drive to cannon beach as well. The house had everything you would need for a stay, was clean. It has an amazing deck if you are looking to sit outside and light fire. Thanks Mary for being a great host.

My family and I have started a tradition of visiting seaside at lease once a year. Although sometimes all can’t make it I still try and make it out here with some of the family. The Gaea house was a perfect fit for us and our fur-babies and just a short 4-5 minutes walk from the beach. It’s near the center of seaside but just far enough where the neighborhood is still peaceful and quiet. We had a great stay, thank you.

Place was just as it said and it was a short walk to the beach. Town was close so we did not use the car once while we were there to get to the fun stuff, only used it to go to Safeway less than 5min away. We only had one issue with the shower but they called me and walked me through it after I messaged about it. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked.

Everything went well and we enjoyed our mini vacation either our grandkids. The deck was also a plus. Great customer service from the host James.

This was our 3rd stay at the Gaea house - a great experience as always! We love the location and dog-friendliness, neighborhood is quiet and just off the beaten path. All listed amenities worked out perfectly. Especially noticeable was how clean the place was upon check-in - absolutely spotless - which is very refreshing after the long drive from Spokane! Amazing place and comfortable stay right by the Seaside Convention Center. This was our second time at Gaea house and we will be back again for sure!

A weekend trip to be with family and walk on the beach and get some great seafood and be able to stay together with our grown girls who celebrate their cumulative birthdays was made complete by finding and great home to spend it in. We look forward to quick mini vacations again and would consider this home away from for easy getaways again.

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have ever stayed at. Communication was excellent, the team was very responsive, easy checkout and simple so that we didn't feel the cleaning fee was unreasonable. Would have liked it closer to downtown but not a showstopper at all just a little bit of a walk for us old folks 🙂 Mary was amazing when it came to communication and accommodated our last minute request. I can't think of anything bad to say. I highly recommend.

The place was great! Nice quick walk to the beach. James was very responsive and quick to answer my questions and requests. You will be well taken care of if you stay here! Love all the QR codes for options for bikes and supplies (we didn't have time to use, but nice to have the availability).

The home was just perfect for our family to stay in while visiting other family at the beach for the holiday!! We hosted Christmas Eve dinner and it accommodates our family well! The island was our central gathering place for games, making sugar cookies and hanging out to talk!

We had the best stay here! It truly felt like a home away from home. It was our first family vacation with our two little ones, a toddler and an infant, and it was perfect for them as well. Perfect location and James was so helpful and responsive. Could not have asked for a better experience!

We absolutely adored our stay here! Had a great time with our family, toasted s'mores on the fire pit in the backyard, and had a stress-free time with our family for a potluck. Absolutely worth the time and money, this was a great place to stay whether it was walking to town or walking along Seaside Beach.

This was the perfect place to relax and recoup after some long days of shopping, sightseeing, and beach going. The house is well stocked with mostly everything you need which was helpful for days that we didn't want to go out to eat. The beds were so comfortable and every room was so homey and inviting! James was very responsive with any questions we had and super friendly!

Beautiful & spacious home close enough to walk to the beach and promenade but far enough away from the hustle & bustle

After a long day at cannon with the family and dog this was the perfect place to retire to. The house is perfectly equipped for our stay with more to spare. We will be booking here again to take advantage of the other amenities

Stayed as a family of six, five adults one child. Space was quiet, excellently appointed with chairs and beach toys available. Everything was as described and the kitchen was well appointed and laid out. Location was perfect for beach and for the town. Neighborhood was very peaceful. Perfect place to relax

Jame's and Mary's place was very spacious, with very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of pods, as well as a nice selection of teas. The interior had cute sea-themed decor. The outdoor area needs a bit of work.
The house is just a few blocks from the beach, and just a hop, skip and a jump to Cannon Beach where we spent time during our stay. The Seaside beach is also very attractive. We enjoyed a hike in Ecola State Park, and spent a few hours its beautiful Indian Beach, just north of Cannon Beach. We learned that, if you want to hang out in this general location, you can find more reasonable accommodations in Seaside than in the increasingly upscale and crowded town of Cannon Beach itself.

A much better option for 2 families than 2 hotel rooms. There are spacious kitchen, dining room living room, back yard.... 5 min walking distance to the beach.

We stayed one night at Gaea House while we were in Seaside and had an overall great experience. The location was close to everything and parking onsite was easy. It was a bit of a further walk to the water than expected but I think the tide was out pretty far when we went out. Still within walking distance of the house. The mini fridge with drinks and snacks for purchase was a nice touch as well as having access to rent electric bikes. The house was clean overall. The one king size mattress had some good dips in it from where it had been a bit broken down. I liked having our own individual code on the keypad for check in as well as having substantial directions provided prior to check in which made check in and out easy. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time and relaxing sleep in great beds!!! The check in was awkward. We arrived at 4 and were asked to wait 30 minutes when our check in was 4:00 pm! No ice cu w trays which is so minor, but checkin??

The house was perfectly located. We were able to walk to the main part of town and to the beach. Very quiet. Completely stocked kitchen with more supplies than expected. James was very responsive when we had questions.

House needs some maintenance on back deck

Our stay was fantastic. The only complaint that we had was that one of the bedrooms is not private and instead just be passed through by other guests to reach their own bedrooms.

We just stayed here for one night but loved the stay! For those who are unclear about layout, there is a half bath on the first floor, then a full bath on the second floor, between two bedrooms. In order to get to that bathroom or either of the bedrooms, you need to walk past the loft (so the loft is not at all private).

The kitchen is large and beautiful and had everything we needed. We also used the grill and enjoyed it!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were so very comfortable. Once everyone hit the pillows, we were out. We were just passing through and checked out a few other places to stay and your place suited all of our needs. From the child's mouth: The internet service was great! And the couch was very comfortable! We will stay again and highly recommend this house to others! Thank you. 🙂

This place is great! My friends and I stayed here for two nights and enjoyed how close of a walk it was to the coast. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. James is extremely responsive and helped make sure our stay was smooth.

The place was definitely a great place to stay in Seaside. The coast was a 5 minute walk and the neighborhood was very peaceful.

My family spends Mother’s Day weekend in Seaside every year. Because our stay at the Gaea House last year was so wonderful, we decided to book it again this year. James is an excellent host and is very responsive to messages and/or requests, and the Gaea House does not disappoint! We have 2 small dogs, and the fenced backyard is the perfect size for them. We dine in for Mother’s Day, so the deck furniture, clean propane grill, and open concept kitchen was perfect. We especially enjoy the quiet neighborhood, proximity to the beach, and of course the Prom - which directs you right to Broadway Street for shopping and dining. The house was absolutely spotless and smelled fresh and clean upon arrival - a pleasant surprise given it is a pet-friendly rental. Plenty of amenities, WiFi, smart TVs, towels, toiletries, and off-street parking for 2 vehicles - perfect! We will continue to consider the Gaea House again next year!

This is such a great and peaceful place to stay! Everything is super thought out and they provide everything you could need! The house was super clean, well stocked, and comfortable. They even have beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and wagons to transport everything to the beach. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next trip to Seaside!

I have stayed in many vacation homes over the years and Gaea House is by far the best! James was a wonderful host and the house was fantastic. Very well appointed with literally everything you could think of. From the mini bar to an instant pot in the cupboard, we had everything we needed. This home also had the best water pressure I’ve ever had in a vacation home, it was awesome! The beds were comfortable and the home was super clean. Has a great fenced yard for the dogs if you choose to bring your furry family members. We really enjoyed being able to have a fire in the fire place a couple of the nights we were there, great ambience! A+’experience. Can’t wait to come again!

Really enjoyed our time ! Very close to the beach and a really great house with a gorgeous kitchen ! Only little hang up was there does seem to be an ant problem, but im sure that is easy enough to fix, would deffinitley stay here again!!!

We had a marvelous experience at Gaea House. James was very responsive and wonderfully friendly. We felt well taken care of. I was surprised by some of the extras - like having an option for filtered water, and a Keurig with everything we needed for morning coffee. Having two king size beds was a plus for our gathering. The location was great with an easy walk to Seaside's beachfront Promenade. We would definitely stay at Gaea House again!

The house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, good seating in the kitchen, and the beds were all quite comfy and appreciated they were kings and a queen. The thoughtful amenities, like a “minibar” garage fridge and electric bikes were fun for the family! We would definitely stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at James's Airbnb property. James was incredibly responsive, helpful, and understanding throughout the booking process and my entire stay. However, one minor issue was the strong smell of bleach in the house, which may bother some guests. Overall, I still highly recommend James as a host for his exceptional hospitality and attentiveness.

Amazing house and just nice host 🙂

James was super helpful as a host—even called us the morning of the Super Bowl to let us know how we could watch the game! The house was a short walk along the river to town and an even shorter walk to the beach. Very convenient to have three big beds! The third bed is not terribly private (you need to walk by it to get to the bathroom from one of the bedrooms), but the walls are solid, so it was very quiet in all three sleeping areas.

It was pouring rain the whole time, but the fire pit and the BBQ on the patio seemed like they'd be nice in clearer weather. The kitchen is nice and big, with a huge island for dining and board games (the cupboard under the island is FULL of games, by the way!), and there's a stocked fridge in the garage that you can buy from like a minibar, if you forgot anything.

We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Loved staying here, clean, quiet and family friendly. Walkable to the beach and to the promenade. We have stayed here twice now and look forward to coming back again sometime!

James was so great at communication. The space was cozy and when we went in it was all lit up and toasty. They had great amenities and little touches. Beds were great, towels were soft, water pressure fantastic, ample coffee =). It was a great space and his hospitality was above and beyond.

We had a great stay at Gaea House! We were there over New Years and the host left us a gift package with sparkling juice and goodies! We loved using the electric bikes. The fenced backyard was great for our fur babies! Would recommend and definitely stay here again! They had everything you need for a beach day!

Wow. This Airbnb was beautiful. It was clean, in a great area and so peaceful. I 10000% would stay here again. Already trying to plan another trip soon. James was great. He sent all the info we needed and then some. The fridge was stocked, the e bikes for rent, the fireplace…this place had everything! Short walks to the beach, 15 minutes from cannon beach. The inside was lovely. Rooms were comfy, as were the beds. Can’t say enough enough good things about this place.
